Do I need to e-mail a photograph or can I send one by mail?
If you don't want to, or don't know how to e-mail a photo, we'll gladly accept the photo through traditional mail. We also accept slides, negatives or photo CDs.


How do I order a night light using traditional mail?
Simply print out the order form of your computer, fill it up with your information and send it to us along with your chosen photograph and payment for your night light.

The electrical sockets in my house are installed sideways, not up-right. Can I still get a night light?
Yes. You will be asked to specify in the order form your electrical socket orientation. We will build your night light according to that.


How long will it take to make my night light?
We start working on your night light the minute we receive your order, and it usually takes us about a week to complete it. Allow 1-3 weeks for your night light to arrive. We will notify you upon placing an order if the wait time is longer.


Do I need to pay sales tax?
Only residents of California are subject to tax.


If I don't like my night light, can I return it?
Yes. We see no reason for you to keep something you don't like and enjoy. Simply return it to us in 14 days for a refund. See specific instructions in the Help Center


I live overseas. Can I buy a night light?
At this point we only sell our night lights in the USA and Canada . However we are in the process of expanding to other territories and will offer our product to other countries soon.


How safe is the Photo Night Light website?
Completely safe. We use the latest encryption technology to secure your personal information on our site.


What wattage is the night light?
We supply a 4 Watt bulb with your night light, the standard night light wattage. We think it works really well, and consumes very little energy. If you like, you can always brighten up your night light by purchasing a 7 Watt bulb. Night light bulbs are easy to find in any hardware stores, supermarkets and other vendors.
